Minecraft Fps dropping from 100 to 5 for 5 seconds

when im playing minecraft it runs perfectly at about 100 -120 fps but suddenly for like 5 seconds it goes down to 5. i have tryed using optifine but still it keeps lagging. any help would be gratefull as i need this sorted for youtube videos

probably the autosave function
you can change those with optifine

Just to say even with autosave on 30 mins about every 3-2 mins i get the lagg

vMONKvCraft, your problem is most likely caused by Minecraft running out of RAM.
This most likely can't be solved by allocating more.
If you're on a 64-bit computer, then install 64-bit Java.
If you are already using 64-bit Java (or are stuck with a 32-bit computer) then try launching Minecraft with the Magic Launcher:
