Another Question: Are we allowed to build out into the water from land? Like for instance to make a boat harbor?

How do you become a judge for this? Because I would REALLY like to be a judge for this kind of contest...

It needs to work in 1.1 and I don't think you can make it so that it won't. Most, if not all judges and members, will be viewing the entries in the latest version of Minecraft.

I did not make the music for either. First video has credit to music at the end and both have credits to the music in the youtube descriptions. They also received permission from the artists. I believe ChadTheDJ knows Tyler personally.

Yes, you can build out into the water. You can also modify the island as you see fit. If that means leveling a mountain for a particularly large structure by all means do so.
