This is the error i'm getting after deleting my .minecraft folder as the launcher wouldn't login

Reinstall Java with the latest update. (Java 7 update 65)

Thanks I tried this before like 5 months ago but it worked now so thanks!!! Posted this on Minecraft Forums and Contacted Mojang and got no reply on the forums and got told to look at the FAQ by Mojang. Unofficial always rules!!!!!!!!!

It's trying to redownload .Minecraft but it can't. If you're playing in a crack launcher then that might be the problem. If you're playing with the offical Minecraft launcher try connecting from the internet and connect again.
