the xp levels question is wrong
the max level is 2147483647 and the max xp you can get is 2147483647, only the exp can be obtained legitimately. if you didnt notice that number is the max 32bit number permitted by java
and the neutral mob question is also wrong.. the only mob that is neutral is the enderman

From what I see, this is more of a trivial knowledge or memory test than an actual 'noob' test.

You need to change it from being x% noob to x% correct. It makes it less confusing. Also why can't I see what I got wrong?
