I was Playing Minecraft PE with my Brother and I found this random Cobblestone thing made 3 blocks tall I ddint make it and neither did my Brother I think this is Herobrine or a world genreation error.

Lava+Water can equal cobblestone. Or world gen error. thank you for not defaulting to herobrine.
