I'm not sure if this is allowed, Just trying to help people host their servers

Anyways.. back on the topic

Errors and Fixes

1.) Server is running in offline/insecure mode!
Fix:

Your router has been restarted, you will have to change your ip address from your router setting menu or contact someone who can.

2.) Failed to bind port!
Fix:

or you are already hosting a server on the same port.

3.) ipconfig doesn't work?
Fix:

Try typing "Ipconfig.exe" if that doesn't work try C:\Windows\System32\ipconfig.exe. Change the "C:\ whatever your hard disk drive name is.
Doing it manually or still doesn't work?
Open up "Computer" from your start menu
Open the hard drive you are using (Usually it's Local Disk (C:)
Go to "Windows"
Go to "System32"
Look at the top, Copy your Windows\System32 thingy from the box
Paste that to your cmd and add "ipconfig.exe" to the end.
