Minecraft Server | Need Staff, Devs & Builders!

Hello everyone,
My name is Michael and I am 14. I am going to be starting up a server, with a goal of an average amount of 15-20 players.I am quite familiar with configuring and editing the plugins in the FTP file, even though I haven't had many servers. I'm very familiar with most commands from most plugins.
Before I actually make the server, I am going to need a name, idea of what I will make the server and a mature, experienced staff team of Helpers, Mods and Admins.

How mature are you on a scale of?: On a scale out of 10, for my age, I would probably say a 7.5 or 8. Most of the time I conduct myself with maturity however I do know how do have a laugh sometimes.
Why do you want to be staff on the server?: I should be staff because I think I am one of the best people available. I have a hell of a lot of experience in many areas and I am capable of whatever you need me to be. I can put a lot of time into the server and I am very happy to do that.
I am a very capable player and an even more capable staff member. I have a mass of experience on large and small servers and I can help you in any way you need me to. I can commit a large amount of valuable time to the server and I will if I get this position. I have worked a fair amount with plugins and I am very knowledgeable with commands and many plugins. I am very good at working with people and my social skills are very advanced.

Hello! My name is Ben, first off, congrats on deciding to start your own server! I'm 15 and have been playing minecraft for a couple of years now and have been staff on many servers. I wouldn't mind what rank I have on your staff team, if you want to start me off as a mod or helper and let me work up to an admin that's fine with me. I know most of the plugins and could try to suggest what are some good plugins for factions. I also like building shops, mob arenas, and parkour tracks. I am pretty mature but can also be a lot of fun with the players. Since it's the summer and I have nothing going on right now I can be on a lot more often, around 5 hours a day.
