Why do you want to be an admin? i want be an admin because im smart,mature, and good at building i can build alot for ur server. iv builded floating islands,shops,villages and more. im very good at plugins like Worldguard,worldedit mobarena and such other admin commands. hope im accepted!

I can be online as long as I need to be, at least 2-3 hours a day (timezone: Eastern Standard time)

As a mod, you see what you believe is a new player entering the server, What do you do: Welcome them to the server and ask if they need any help finding anything/help in general

As a mod, you've been informed there is a grief, What do you do:
Ask what the player knows about the grief, then see if I can find anyone else who was involved, also, maybe ask an Admin for more help if needed. If the griefer is found, I would give a warning or kick, and if it is needed, let an admin punish them.

As a mod, you suspect someone has been duplicating items, What do you do:
I would ask the person who is the suspect. Expecting them to lie, I would maybe ask someone else who is a friend, or maybe search their items, or if an Inventory check plugin is installed, maybe check that to see if they have the items in their Inventory

*As a mod, you see two players fighting, what do you do
I would try and break up the fight, ask the players what happened, and see who was at fault. If it was over something stupid, I would try and stop it. Maybe jail, or kick if needed.
