I can't download any mods!!! Why? Well, I can't download the right archiving utility!!!! Why is that? Because every time I use Winraw or 7zip it crashes my Mac!!! Is there anyway I can download mods without having to archive?! Please give me full step to step instructions on how to get the mod. Thank you soooo much! It will really make me happy!

By the way, In case your wondering, I have no clue at all why my computer crashes when I use Winrar and Zip.

I've heard before that you can't use winRAR on a MAC so you need 7ZIP.


I don't use a MAC, though, and don't remember using one before.

It sounds like you may have a corrupt 7zip. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program?

Thank you sed11 and Ness for your information, I have installed and uninstalled 7zip several times in diferent websites, and still doesn't work. Willsr71, I want to download TooManyItems and Niftycraft. Thank you all for your time and info so far.

If you have downloaded winRAR before, try removing it from your Mac.

Well, I have deleted my old archive utility, and STILL, it doesnt't work!

Willsr are you talking about the Minecraft.jar folder, or the mods, because you can only help me if you send me the folder

You do know its illegal to re-distribute that?Someone could use it to play Minecraft by searching and stuff then putting that in the correct place :/
