Multicraft showing "offline"

Hey everyone, I have a hosted server, "GGServers". For some reason even though the server is online, it says on the multicraft panel that its offline. It's more or less just bugging me. It also doesn't let me kick users from the home panel because its "offline". I have to go to console, and do it manually.
Any fix or reason why it doesn't work?

Multicraft for the past few weeks, have been going a bit downway. If that does happen, either, email them or just wait

Multicraft usually does show offline even if it's online when using new minecraft versions as it has not yet had an update to check the ping of it
