If you have android you can get a Leet.cc server,which has a 20 day free trail,or get a pocketmine server with the pocketmine app and port forward it.

Minecraft PE has multiplayer... Go to edit and go to external and type in any minecraft ip you have found on the internet.

Go onto the App Store and look up Multiplayer PE (Only for iOS)
