MY EXPERIENCE: I've been admin on some servers, but I've also had my own server. I managed to make a nice server with almost 15 player always on but I've quit because of the host.
I'M BEST AT: Building castles and arenas...but like I said I can handle many plugins,setting permissions, administrating worlds and making your players to enjoy the time spent on your server
