Hello, My name is Caleb. I am a 14 year old server host. I have been working with Minecraft servers for about three years now. I have attempted to set up a fun and unique factions server for a couple years now but i just never had the staff that were trustworthy and talented with what they did for instance... Developing Custom Plugins or Building Hubs. So me and my friends went out looking for a way to get these things, and we stumbled across MInecraft Fourms! So im asking you for your help and services if your talented in any of the following please contact me on skype i am willing to -give you a virtual hug- for your devotion and your services on my server. 2. Developing Custom Plugins For The Server Or Configuration For Them.
3. Building: Hubs, Medieval, Futuristic, and etc.
4. Moderating Chat: Chat Control, Responsible Banning and Kicking Bad Players.
5. Helpers That Will Help Newbies Understand The Server.
6. Devoted Players That Can be Somewhat Active on the Server Everyday to Every other Day. (With Exceptions)

Hey the Caleb it's Alex and I just thought it looked like you put a lot of time into this post so I thought I would but just as much effort in as a response, so hey! I'm Alex, 14 years of age currently living in England. The role I would like to be on your server is just a plugin manager/plugin developer. I currently work with eclipse to develop custom plugins. I started developing plugins around 3 months ago and so I began with creating simple response plugins(for example /pl for a normal player would just respon with the message "I don't think so buddy!"), however since then I have moved onto teleportation plugins, power ups anti-gravity boots(armour), speed boots(armour) meaning I have created multiple custom enchants for armour. Whilst I think of this quickly I'm just going to shove this into my application, there's no need to pay as I will do this for you and your server completly free of charge. This is simple because of the fact that I enjoy coding and learning, so yeah thats that. With the plugin manager(not sure if you need one, but hey why not mention it!) I can manager player permissions, I tend to work with groupmanager but I sometimes use PermissionsEx. Edit the prefixes, suffixes and sethomes, kits, warp permissions all of that good stuff. I would also like to add I will not need any permissions for myself in game(e.g OP, GM ect...) however I would like FTP access however I can alternatively just send you the yml's via Skype, but yeah! That's a little bit about what I enjoy to do and I hope to join you and your friends on the team in the future!
