NEED Builders for RPG

Hello, once again I did not get much feedback on my post, so I have decided to make my very own server. I need highly experienced builders and in game-developers.
This RPG is in the distant future. All of society has been wiped out by aliens. Only few live on. Your goal is to start a new civilization(town) and help others join.
Positions Needed:
Developer: I will work with the developer on important in-game projects
Designer/Builder: Designers and builders are highly experienced architects. They will build some structures.
Helper: Helper just hang around helping with whatever is needed.
