I'm really looking for experienced, mature staff
who enjoy making servers a better place for players.
Not looking for people who are admins on 20 servers.
That just tells me you won't dedicate your time to PicnicCraft

As of right now, I am looking for a handful of Moderators
to fill in time zones, as I can not always be on.

Also, it would be nice to know that you're 16 or older.
Just gives me a slight clue, but hey; I won't judge by your age!
