Head is Backwards and u need Shading

My expansion on that:
Fix the head. Nobody's going to want to use a faulty skin.
Shading: Make it consistent; the hair has shading, yet the body has only plain colours. We can't be specific on how to shade, because it depends on what kind you prefer. Just look up some tutorials and practice.
