Why Am I Applying?: To be honest, I find that this will be one server, that will pretty last a long time. Compared, servers that have been recently released, I find that this one will be likely to suceed. First, obviously, I know you'll only choose mature, and dedicated staff members. With this, I won't find co-workers to slack off, or to create immature jokes 24/7. Pixelville will be probably an interesting milieu, and a new one in fact. Unlike other Staff members, that are too lazy to use proper spelling/grammar, I would say I use proper English when it comes to talking, and try to use Logic. This will be a great advantage for me to experience something new during my break in Summer.

Have you been banned from a server/ if so, why?(Please be honest): I wouldn't think I've been banned in a previous server, and if so it would probably be my friend (Friend passed down this account to me. I changed the password, and he lost his email, so it'll be fine.)
What part of the world you live: West Coast United States. (California). I find that it'll be best to find people throughout the world, so that they can work on different time zones, moderating the server throughout the whole day.

Youtube video making skill 1-10 (What type of videos will you make?): 0~ I can't make videos at the moment, but I'm open to learn. So far, I created a channel, and I'm really intended to create videos sooner or later. Still, this doesn't matter, as you'll be the one to probably advertise.
Are you very creative: I would think so. It really depends on the day I play, as my creativity really changes depending on the situation.
Are you a staff member on different servers?: Yes I am, currently I administrate two different servers, and I have somewhat a schedule between these two servers. Hopefully, this won't affect anything, as I plan to expand my knowledge within this server.

Are you good with plugins: I would say so. I'm familar with most plugins, and I'm open to new ones to learn. I know mostly the basics (Essentials, World Guard, Logblock, Essentials Group Manager) Still I know that I won't be working with plugins as accepted for Moderator..

How Long Have You Been Playing?: For About 2 Years.

Do you agree to the rules and agree to follow them honestly?: Yep. Breaking a rule wouldn't be the best option as an moderator, as it would set off a bad example to the people in the server. I understand that if I fail my position, I'm already open for demotion.

Age: 17

Will you help players when they need it: Yes I would, it's my job as an operator to keep a safe, comfortable enviorment, and I'm open to any suggestions or to help if needed.

Why should I be Moderator?: Overall, I would think of myself as a great position as a staff member as I've handled the job quite nicely in the past. I don't think highly of myself, but I deem to do a good job overall. I'll know I'll make mistakes, but it's an everyday thing that occurs.

Have you ever been banned for griefing? Would you grief?: I wouldn't think so. No I wouldn't grief at all. As a moderator, it wouldn't be best to grief the server for several reasons. First, it would put off a bad reputation, and trying to apply for moderator just to grief isn't really the right thing to do. I know several Griefing Teams started, and you should be cautious of the applicants when it comes to Griefing.

What is your server managing experience?: I currently own my own server, so I do know the basics on how to manage a server. I've been a co-owner in the past several times, and admins on past servers before they became inactive. If you would like a list of the servers I administrated in the past, or in the current period, please do ask.

Are you trustable? 1-10?: 10. I would say so. If anything, tell me what I need to do to gain your trust. (I won't be doing anything sexual, however.)

How mature are you? 1-10?: 9.5. I'm mostly in a serious mood when it comes to problems related to the server, but I do have a funny side as well. When it comes to people, I can relate to them as a young age. I believe MInecraft is highly populated with people in my age group, and it'll be pretty easy for me to get along. If a unexpected situation comes at hand, I'll try my best to handle it maturely as I can. Still, I still expect help from my other staff members. (I don't want to handle everything on my own).

Do you have a skype?: I do, if accepted, I'll give the information. (Not sure if the voice affects anything, but if it does, be warned.)

How often do you play?: As stated before: Basically, 24/7. I have two days until school ends, so expect me to be on often.

Can you advertise?: Of course, whatever is needed to populate the server. Soon enough, I'll be able to create threads, and if given an image of some sort, like a banner. I'll be able to advertise it on websites that list Minecraft Servers.

If there was a hacker/griefer, what steps would you take before,during and after?: Usually, I would notice a griefer/hacker right away, depending on the actions they do in the server. I usually tp to people often, to check on them on daily periods. If there is a chance that there is a situation of a hacker, I'l immediately re-act according to the situation. Usually, I'll temporary ban them depending on bad they griefed. If it was something too paramount, I would immediately ban, and find a way to fix the situation. I suggest using NoCheat+ or any other plugin that can reduce the amount of griefers/hackers.

Extra: I'm a decent builder, and is already familar with the commands given in Bukkit/Other common plugins (Such as World Edit/World Guard. ~ As Stated Before.) Depending on the structures, I'm more familar in creating large, detailed castles, or buildings with a medieval look. When it comes to building, I don't do the greatest, but I still try hard to create something that I think looks decent, not sloppy. I'll try my best to exchange my ideas to the server, and to promote it the best way possible. I'm pretty dedicated, and hopefully, we can work to make this a popular server. I'm pretty great at spelling and grammar, so I see myself at the paramount of my position.
