I can do it for you if you want, whats the problem you're having that requires help? I have configed Group Manager for a server before and know how to create prefixes and add permission nodes.

Plugin knoledge: I know all the plugins: Essentails, Groupmanager, PermissionsEX, Worldedit, Faction and if I dont know a plugin I go to search for it on google how it works so basically I know every plugin .
Can you help with plugins and permissons: Yes I am awesome with permissions
