Planet Minecraft

Hello. I need help finding a tekkit server that I can spread my creativity on. I have been looking for hours for just the right server and found nothing. I would like to have a anti-greif and stealing, no PvP, no whitelisted (not required), and has several plugins that prevent these things. Is this too much too much to ask for? Please tell me in the comments. If you found a server that you think I would like, I will check it out. I am planning to build a "campus" of buildings (one for BuildCraft, Industrial Craft 2, and Equivalent Exchange, etc), but in order to do that, I need a safe enviorment to work on. If you say I am a boring person just because I hate PvP, you're right. I just want to spread creativity and show off work to the Minecraft world. That's all!
