Need help installing SEUS shader pack!

I need help installing the SEUS shader pack!
What I've done:
download shader pack (v10.1 Ultra)
download Optifine F2 Version
Place the shader pack in a new folder called "shaderpacks"
disable CloudShadow in the settings
disable OldLighting in the settings
As it says in the SEUS shader pack description, I haven't enabled "tweakBlockDamage" because I can't find it! Also, whenever I go on a Minecraft world now, I have a tiny screen only and it says "Error: Invalid program gbuffers_texture_lit
Error: Invalid program composite1
Error: Invalid program final"
PLESE HELP ME!!!!!

Uhmm.. No, sorry. I'm not sure what is wrong then.

Have you got any other mods installed? I do know that shaders conflicts with some mods. If not, try reinstalling
