First Problem: Noone can use creeper eggs to blow up other factions chests.....
- i went in the factions config and messed around with some setting and obviously turned creeper explosions on
- and i set allow usage in enemy terrirtory ect....
- if anyone can fix ths tht would be great
- creepers blow up everything else except chests.......
Second problem: When im in Gamemode ill try to get something out of it and as soon as i place it in my inventory it dissappears in 2 seconds and i cant use it and i cant even modify my inentory [Move stuff around] when im in creative mode, But when i do a reloa to the server everything works fine for 5-6 min then it all of a sudden happens again
- I recently updated my server to the new Craftbukkit 1..3.1 i understand it is unstable now this could be the problem i just need to know thank you for your time

Creeper egg solution: If you're using WorldGuard, there is a setting in the config.yml you have to switch around, and i believe so in essentials as well.

Creative Solution: Not sure, mine if working fine, maybe try re downloading the craftbukkit.jar file?
