Planet Minecraft

Okay, so some people think the lag and stuff is coming from EVERYONE wanting to play Minecraft for the summer. True, but this seems a bit odd. I cant connect to MY own server. I've tried a lot for it
I've tried deleting everything and re-downloading the server application so I could probably start over, I've tried deleting the Minecraft app itself to re-download it and play it again, I've tried re-setting my IP to set my server stuff up again (This is my personal server. I only play with like, 6 people, max.) I cant even connect to my friends' servers. I can connect to big public servers, but anything else is kaput.

Can anyone help me out, or give me advice? I've also tried every single time it fails to connect, to check Minecraft.net to see if it was down, and it wasn't. So please, I need some help :U

An IP from my Hamachi. But, me and my server are talking on TeamSpeak, and we think it's because I moved, so I'm gonna see if I can re-install Hamachi, and maybe that'll help with the internet. I'm like, four hours away from my previous location
