Ive ran my own servers before and ive helped with many others. I am very familiar with plugins and i know how to use them

I can follow rules easily before i even become staff i study the rules
Ive made a tutorial for a pretty popular bukkit plugin if you would like to see it, it is on my channel

Now for griefers, i hate them, they are truley a buzz kill and how i would face that situation i would, first find out what offence they did, then jail them and torture them then ban them.
