I've got plenty of money to pay for the dedicated host monthly. I have a community, but when It comes to another owner and a dev combined. I dont have that. My ip is:

And we do have players. I desperately need an owner who can also be a dev. Im great with players, not devving reply fast please thanks.

Sounds like a good deal. My server is SMP with factions and griefing allowed, what are your players used to?
