IN NEED OF PERSONA PLAYERS

I'm Creating a Server Revolved around Persona i have a great map i just need to know what do i need to make it work: (examples) plugins, buildings, rules, what i need for a good persona-based minecraft server

Contributors who need to see server pm me and i will give server ip to you and you only so dont tell ANYONE about it unless they want to help...

Requirements:
Minecraft 1.3.1

PS: Contributors either get a special permission of their choice or a grouping of choice

PPS: Staff is needed as well
