Need players to revive a once great server PVE & PVP

As the title says we need players to revive a server that has faded out over the past year. Need players that have patience and would like to be a part of growing a community back up, almost from scratch.
Many of the old players still talk through the servers forum's and other social media, though the activity has died out. We would like to invite friendly and competitive players alike to get in on the fun.

Factions based with mcmmo skill training.
The rules....almost non existent. Mainly, don't hack, don't abuse glitches(duplication or otherwise), No xray packs. Needs to be competitive, not easy. If you simply want to have free loot without effort or challenge....go play creative.
Outside of that, deception, traps, faction power building, Use your heads to compete. Form alliances, so on....If you join in now before the rush of new players starts coming in you can get a headstart on the resource gathering and base building. It will be quiet, and slow for a little while till we can get players coming back in. So invite your friends, or enemies and get ready to fight.

NO GRIEFING allowed
PVE on here is a complete opposite of the pvp server. It's meant to be a stress free, happy community driven experience. Simple, you enjoy causing tears, frustration, beating someone down...join our factions server and be a boss. We welcome those kind of players, just not on the pve map. Split personalities? do what I do and play on both.

Older players are also welcome, Many of us who have been part of the phobos community for years are in our 20's -30's. So of course we'd love to have some older players. And I'd love to get some good powerbuilders on here. It's great to see players creations across the map.
