I need a plugin made! Please read if you can code plugins

I really want a plugin that allows the players on my server to ride dirt bikes. I realize there is a mod,but I can't seem to find a plugin, and I don't want players to have to download a mod just to join my server, which is why I would like a dirt bike plugin. If you can make one for me, please pm me or reply to this. Thank you!!!!

please explain to me what you are looking for, do you want me to code in an actual dirt bike, or do you want to get a resource pack that makes a minecart or horse or something look like one and let me right a plugin to make that re-textured ridable item behave like a dirt bike?... if any of these things are what you want, then I do write custom plugins for some charge which we can discuss else where
