Need Serious Devs for Professional Server Network

Hello,
MoonRealm is looking for professional, experienced developers who are able to code custom plugins for minecraft servers (mainly minigames).
This is indeed a paid position. I cannot post down the price per plugin due to the forum rules(commercials), so contact me on Skype(rafalmio2) for more information.
Developers MUST:
- Be familiar with Eclipse or any other similar program.
- Possess knowledge and experience about Java and Minecraft plugin development.
- Be efficient
- Be active
- Take things serious.
- Communication Skills (To work with other developers)
- Leadership Skills (To be able to lead a project/team)
