Experience: I have had many creative worlds filled with large build over the past unfortunatly they are gone now but the include things like a large factory a fancy house and wasteland an arctic hell and things like that

Experience: im builder on no joke 15-20 servers admin/op on 2 owner of one mod on 5 and jr mod on one (jr is all promotings and it sucks but im used to it)

First one hired! You're gonna start as an admin with certain limited rights, just in case (Nothing against you, I just can't give everyone OP and expect my server to survive )

Why and when well I Ban someone- I will only ban someone if they do something there not to be doing and i tell them to stop then i will temp. ban them but if they do it again i may ip ban them..
