NEED SPAWN BUILDER, URGENT!

Hello.
I'm the owner of the upcoming never seen before idea which is Roleplay_Universe.

I am looking for a spawn builder to make us a spawn. I am looking for a spawn which will need portals for each roleplay, a staff room and a giant room of rules. I want it to be detailed as well, if you can't do that I can do furnishing and interior.
