how do i find a plugin to where a player hits a block or button anything, and it promotes them? is there any plugin to where you can asign plugins to blocks or buttons? please let me know! Thanks! If someone give does this for me i will give them a rank in my server 207.210.254.66:25631

No such plugin exist. You should learn to use group meneger and permisions. Thats how it works. BTW yes I chacked BukkitDev all kinds of ranks plugin but not so simple one. All just add something to permisions and group meneger.
