Hello Everyone My name is Timothy and I own a server called Radiation Nation. I am looking for someone to do a cheap or free plugin for my server. What I would like it to do is that when in a worldedit area with the rule of "Filtered" that you wont get radiation poison (Wither II) and when not in an area you need a Iron helmet named "Gas Mask" (Optional: Can have color and fonts) if you do you can't get radiation poisoning. (Optional: You get a death message saying "{Player} died or Radiation poisoning!")
The only questions I would have for you is
1. Can you do it?
2. How long would it take?
3. How much?
4. Payment before or after?
5. Does payment include ownership to plugin?
