PermalinkMiZFiTZ.org is looking for moderators for their Factions Server. Currently we have slots in the day where no mods are on when they are definately needed.
We are launching multiple servers and staff will be assigned per server.
RULES: Very Simple Application Process:
1. Play Minecraft (seriously, dont spawn camp and chat, get out there and build)
2. Be Respectful and Help others
3. Build, just a combo of #1 and #2, Grow your faction and help others by inviting them to your faction.
4. Recruit, No server needs staff if it doesn't have players.
Luckily we have been managing 20+ players during peak times but the friendly environment is what brings them back, a player who spent time building, is more likely to come back
DO NOT ASK FOR ADMIN/MOD STATUS, We Consider Everyone As An Applicant. You can ensure you DONT get admin by begging for it.
Things we are looking for: Maturity / Respect / Fun
I am sure most of you that have patience will be able to get promoted quickly
I hope you consider this message, as we have some spots during the day where no Admin's are on, we need to fill these spots!!
Builder teams will be selected after viewing your own faction homes on this server, we have GREAT builders already but always looking for more
