New PC Build, any recommendations?
Hi, I'm fairly new to building PCs so I was wondering if anyone could give any recommendations on anything else I need (ex. wires) or replace/add anything. The case and cooling I know what I'm getting so I'm not worried about that, my budget is $1,500

The HX750 is a relatively ancient power supply. I suggest you go with something from the EVGA G2, GQ, or G/GS lines.
As others have pointed out, your CPU won't work with the motherboard (and potentially RAM) you picked out. Go with a good Z170 board and DDR4 RAM instead.
You don't need a sound card. Motherboards have very good onboard sound controllers. If you want a significant increase in sound quality, an external DAC and a very good set of headphones is needed.
TinyCircuits doesn't make WiFi modules for computers.
The GTX 1070 is well within your budget. See the build I created below.
You don't need a USB card unless you're going to be using more than 10-ish USB devices. Motherboards and cases have more than you'll probably ever need.
I prefer WD over Seagate, so I recommend the 1TB WD Blue over the Barracuda.
Here's my suggestion of what to get. I'm not sure why everything has to be bought at Fry's, but buying everything from one place is definitely not the way to get the most out of your money. Here is an idealized build of what you could get for $1500 (minus the case and cooling, which you say you have already picked out).

Your chosen Z97 chipset motherboard won't work with the processor, you need a Z170 chipset. (Or H110 or H170 but they don't allow overclocking)
1
No, you don't need any other cables since your case, powersupply, and motherboard should come with there own cables.

Nvidia has just released a new line of cards that are meant to be direct successors to the 900 series, so I'd look at those before buying the 970.
1
this 970 is overclocked enough to beat most other GPUs while still being under $300 which is why i think i should stay with this one
1
The 1060 is under $300, and the 4GB version of the 1070 is $300 as well, I believe. Direct upgrades, man.
1
Fry's Electronic (The store im getting all my parts from, and yes it needs to be from there) doesn't seem to carry the 1060 and the 1070 and up are all over $400
1
A overclocked 970 is not as fast as the new lineup. The new graphics cards have more transistors and higher clock speeds by default that will make the new lineup faster than the older lineup. I would look a 1060 since it comes with 6gb of vram and is a bit faster than the rx480 from amd. And, faster than the 970 usually.
1
Again, cost is a big thing for now and I am only using this for Minecraft. I mainly just need to know any othe thing I need like wires an stuff.
1
1060 is still better than a 970 though. If you overclock it yourself, you can probably get the performance of a 980 from a 1060.
1
Well cost is still a big thing and I don't know how to overclock.
