PS3? That's difficult. I would teach how to do pixel art circles, but that would take waaaaay too long. So just copy off this, but on a grander scale.

Coz doing it yourself is too mainstream.

Start with a single block. Then place a block on each horizontal side. Then do so again, but make each horizontal side a bit flatter by filling in the corners as well. Then place blocks around it again.
The smallest shape that can be called a circle is the shape that you get if you place blocks on the horizontal outline of 3 by 3 blocks. Placing blocks around that is another. After that the circles get bigger. ALWAYS use uneven numbers when starting a circle shape of your own.
Another way is to start with a large square and chip away at the corners until it looks circular.

I'm trying to create a baseball field but can't figure out how to make the shapes of an realistic field so I'm doing it all by hand & don't know how to do the paper on the game.

Just look down, and imagine the ground is a 2-D piece of double-linear paper. Then do the pixel art on it.

Thers two ways for you do do this
1# Get "world-edit" and use this command.
//hcyl <block> <radius> [height]
2# Or simply draw the circle in paint, where one pixel is one block.
It cant be that hard
