We don't have 20+ ranks that don't mean anything, bring no new perks, and are mindlessly easy to rankup to. We have 8. Our ranks are E,D,C,B,A,Free,Citizen,High-Class.
Perks of Each Rank:
E - /kit Starter, Default
D - Unlock Plots
C - Access to enchants, also /kit Prisoner
B - Diamonds Appear
A - Better Enchanting Room
Free - Access to free world and /kit Civilian
Citizen - Bragging Rights
High-Class - kit High-Class

Each rank has:
An OreMine
A WoodMine
A Furnace Room
A Shop (Sell stuff and Buy Food!)
Pvp Between rooms.

This is using an enchant table, NOT signs on a wall. Players can be proud of their OP gear, and high level enchants, working for them instead of taking one second to mindlessly click a sign.
