These plugins have all be fount on Curse.com under minecraft server plugins they are on various pages so it is best to search in the little search bar for them unless you know where they are placed.
Thank you for taking my ideas in to a count and for accepting me to build on the server, i would love if i could get world edit if it is possible but not needed. For another idea i was thinking of having seven main factions run by an admin and then a king city which is run by you or whoever is the owner of the server and then people can choose to either create their own faction and raise to control the throne or join another already existing faction lead by an admin, I was thinking that the server owner that owns the main main spawn city could actually be fighting for the Golden throne and all factions want to control it for themselves although some factions may want to be an alliance with the city and could help you in war. There could be battles at any time between two factions and once one faction cities guards have been slain the winner of the city could choose to destroy the city ran sack it and then destroy it or add it to it's faction alliances and control it.
Example: If the server owner goes to war with my faction and you defeat my city and my guards and such then you could choose to destroy my city and i will have to re-build another city or make me join an alliance with you as the saying goes "Rule with an Iron Fist"
I do have some very interesting ideas and if you are willing to listen to them i think we could have a great partnership although i will be a builder, all admins get creative and then when the city is under siege or is preparing for war then you have to switch to survival, although my ideas work best with large servers with loads of PVP / RP lovers i could help you become maybe the top best PVP minecraft server.

15) Change Player Name (adds a little RP feel to it but it is so you don't have to use your username if you don't want to and want to be known as something else on the server)

17) Street Lights ( just a little accessory instead of normal torches and red stone lamps)

19) Legendary Items beta (requires vault) (i could see this being used for the trusted members of the faction like the head of the faction etc)
20) Kill-streaks (maybe the best killer of the day or week gets some money or something (this encourages Pvp) )
21) PvP Reward (requires vault) (encourages PVP because you get money from whom you killed)
22) Gate (for the faction cities)
23) Ride it (for faction mounts maybe)
24) Sky Pirates (if you cant find the boat one this plugin allows the minecraft boat to fly, go under water, and mine)
25) Blacksmith (repairs the Armour with pieces it was made of so say diamond chest - needs diamonds to repair it)
26) Sewers (for surprise attacks on the faction cities really makes the game strategic making the head of the faction having to place his guards measurably to protect his city from all points of entry.)
27) Skywriter (meh not really PVP just for fun so instead of ruining the spawn with big letters on the spawn room have it in the sky where i think you can see it all around the world)
28) Duels ( another PVP added to )
29) Monarchy (could be used to decide who is the head of a faction)
30) Poison Arrow (more archer loving well anyone using a bow loving makes PVP more fun and encourages uses of potions
