if to peeps were areguing if it involed sexism racism or bullying i would ban , if it was intimidation i would mute if it was a arguement [nothing harse] i would try to resovle this . i think i woud be good for the job bacause i know how frustrating it is when no-one listens to you , i want to resolve this!

I can tell if a person is lying, I've been around liars and griefers most of my minecraft career. (Had a server and was undercover "griefer" and caught a ton of griefers)

IF two players are arguing how will you stop it: Simply mute them both, tell them to drop it, and to quit fighting, and then unmute. If they continue to fight I will jail them both until they learn to stop. If one says "But he stole my 'whatever'!!!" I will simply say "Should've protected it."

If it is about a grief *Situation if you have LogBlock/HawkEye/BigBrother/CoreProtect/etc..* I will log check it, if it is true ban the griefer.

IF two players are arguing how will you stop it: give them warnings. if they continue, they'll get muted for at least an hour. if they continue once they are unmuted, they get a temp ban. once unbanned, if they still decide to be stupid and argue, they get permanently banned-they had a fair warning..

I hope you know most people are probably lying about how many servers they have been staff on, I had one kid say he was co-owner on 20 servers. If you want to get a good staff team, find a longtime player on the server, who you trust. Not just some person off of PMC who you don't even know.
