Reason for wanting this position (requires thorough explanation): I would like this position because it has been a while since I had a staff position, I also wan this to get better in plugins to perhaps even start my own server with my plugins. I also want to get this staff position to help out the server in general.
Experience (details): owner if 2 servers, admin on 7, 5 have shutdown though, moderator on 4, helper on 2. Developer on 3, Plugin Manager on 1.
Dedicated time: I can dedicated about 4 hours a day to this server
What you can bring: I can bring plugins I make to benefit the server as well as set up all the plugins and manage them.

{Moderator/Admin} If someone is constantly swearing what do you do?: kick and a 5 minute mute, if they do it after that 10 minute mute, then temp ban for 2'hours.
{Moderator/Admin} If two or more people are fighting/arguing and its starting to affect others experience on the server, what do you do? Mute both if they are being offensive to one another, and separate them.
