WHY DO YOU WANT IT: [Admin]: Because administering a server takes a lot of responsibility. I want to make sure that responsibility is fulfilled, by enforcing the server rules upon all players, keeping the server safe while the Owner is absent, and making sure every player is satisfied and safe. [Developer]: I am excellent at assigning permissions to specific ranks, and choosing what plugins are right for the server. I am experienced at use FTP clients and FTP file access. I also choose plugins that players can have fun with.

I've dealt with players that oppose the server rules, such as hackers, spammers and griefers. I spectate on players that are suspected of using X-Ray (if they find a huge amount of diamonds at a fast rate) or Nodus (if I should get spammed with a lot of alerts, especially NoCheat alerts). I do not abuse my powers (such as an advantage of greifing builds or teleport killing), nor tolerate any other staff abusing as well. I react with mature personality should a player break a rule, by giving warnings and punishments later if they do not stop. As shown above, I am experienced at using FTP clients, assigning permissions, and choosing suitable plugins.
ANY MORE INFO?: I am quite good with redstone, and I build pixel art in the time should I feel like building it. My architectural skills are also quite good, taking structures from real life to build in-game.
