Newly Formed Sinister Worlds FTB Server. Looking for staff!

Hi Guys! SilentSkies here.
I'm looking for mature and dedicated staff for a new FTB server that I'm hosting.
It is currently a small 20 slot server that will be expanding once we're live.
Our webpage is near completion and you can visit that via the link below.
Currently the team consists of myself and 2 others however it's currently not enough!
Think you could fill a role as an Admin or Mod?
We currently have 2 Admin positions, 4 for mod and possibly, if there's enough interest, a couple positions as Helpers.
For the Moderator position we want anyone 12 and up with a minimum 2 week probation. Those 14+ will be able to apply with no probation for moderator and a minimum of 2 weeks probation for Admin.
Anyone of 16 years will be able to apply for Admin with no probation period.
Don't fit any of the criteria? Have no fear! We're also looking for beta testers and builders these have NO prerequisites! You just have to be a nice guy/gal. Also if you continue to play on the server you will recieve your very own rank for your help!

This isn't fair that an 16+ is admin, That 16+ could grief your server while the 12+ is more maturer then the 16+

That may be true that's why we run a probation. Anyone 14+ can apply and their probation would only consist of being overseen by myself or one of the other staff. They would still have all the privileges and responsibilities of that rank.
