About:

We are a survival server which wants to keep it as vanilla as possible. This means that there is no food farms, experience farms starter kit etc. You have to survive as it was a singleplayer survival. You get a free protected plot to start and after you can sell items so that you can buy a licens to make a town. Griefing and stealing is allowed in the wild but protection in the wild can be bought.

We are almost ready to get people in we just need the staff to open.

Ranks:

(All ranks have /tell /mail and the basic needed command).

Staff:
(All staff players is playing semi vanilla, cheating with giving yourself items for your house will result in a demotion) We need a very strong staff, which helps each other out and don’t see ranks as a competition. We are all the same guest or admin, don’t be foolish and think you are on a pedestal because of your rank. We need staff that can see possibilities and if the server gets good running we will all split the donations.

(A high trust and good participation on the server, helping new people to get plots, advising with tips and rules also answering questions. Giving new people a good start on the server. This rank is not earned within the first hour playing on the server). The first staff rank you should ask before asking mod or admin.

Moderator:

Moderator is when you have helped a lot of people getting plots and have shown a good effort and a wide experience of the servers rules and can answer almost every questions. This is the person sub-moderators should be able get a lot of good experience and tips from. Moderators also keep server clean from hackers/cheaters.

Admin:
Have all commands in the game. Admins is the owners right hand and have been on the server for a while helping out people, keeping server clean, advising sub-moderators and is now ready to unban people that deserves a second chance and dealing with problems like griefed hacked protections (undo hackers actions) making plots for new players etc.
Admin have commands like:
/unban /gamemode /world edit commands.

Owner: Also deals with server problems but mostly optimizing server plugins/speed and helping moderators and admins in difficult situations/questions.
Owner is also building towns and is doing much the same stuffs as admin but more server and plugin stuffs.

Moderator (1 spot) must have good experience

Admin (1 spot) Very good experience and mature. Must have been admin before. You must have a very good basic knowledge about Minecraft and administration.
