Screen Size - 15.6 inches

Max Screen Resolution - 1920 x 1080 pixels
Processor - 2.3 GHz Core i5 6200U

You'll barely notice a drop in frame rate with ShadowPlay. So whatever you get when playing normally, it will be about 1-5% less. Sometimes no drop at all.

Probably over 100. Shadowplay doesn't really support minecraft, the only way to record it is to set recording to record your desktop, and either play minecraft fullscreen or crop out the taskbar and such at the end.
