Opening Chests

I'm using Essentials GroupManager as my permissions plugin, and i disabled building for group Default.
So im having this problem, where they cant open chests. Is there a permission i could give them to open chests?

Not quite sure what your problem exactly is.

Do you have worldguard?
If so, type this
/region flag *region that the chest is in* chest-access allow

Hope you find out soon!

How cant you be sure what my problem is? did you even read what i said?
I don't have Worldguard becouse i have 1.3 server, and Worldguards latest update is 1.2.5 so i cant use it.
