Don't apply please if your a kid going around PMC seeing if you can get op on a server, NO it's not like that. Apply if you actually read everything in the post and your serious. We need a smart person who is mature and has all the features that are in the link below, we're looking for 'that' kind of person, not a person who will apply and wait for a few hours to be accepted then move on to the next server application. When we say: doing your job or finishing your assignment, that means; usually we ask each other to do a few things that we need done, so we give task/jobs/assignments to do while were all working on something different, so it doesn't mean we just want you being a slave and doing our jobs for us, we just help each other all the time, and yes you obviously allowed to make your own tasks or projects and work on them, that's your job as a owner. Before anything you do message the head owner of DimensionCraft on skype what your doing because he has a theme and a certain way of doing things for the server (to create a certain vibe for the server) don't worry it's all for good intentions:). Another note is, you realllllly reallly need to be a good organizer while doing things.. since your a OWNER you like, have to be controlling how things are going everywhere because your the boss; for example: if your making a advertising team let's say, you need to know how to organize that and get the right people to hire for the job and they have to keep in touch with you and you NEED to tell them how things are done.

I am an Owner/OP on 20 Bukkit Servers, 15 Tekkit Servers, and over 30 Hamachi Servers.
Why I deserve Co-Owner: I am very experienced and can be very trusted. I know a lot of plugins, how to work them, and how to install them. I also know permissionsEX if you need any help with that.
What happens if someone griefs spawn?: I will jail them or ban them depending on how severe it is.
What Happens if someone spams?: I will mute them until they have learned not to be a pest on the chat.
How my "Banning" System Works: Spam/Grief: Kick/Mute, Then I will Jail., Then I will ban. [IP ban if necessary].

Experience:I im op on 5 different servers and i am a trust worthy player
I had my own server but i didnt play on it becuase i was too busy helping servers out.
when i had my own server i sorted all the perms and im very good with plugins.
Why I deserve Co-Owner: I am A Person who is dedicated to help your server i will be there 24/7 i will forget about other servers just to work for you
What happens if someone griefs spawn?:I will first ask why they griefed it and if they will give the blocks back if they give them back i will just jail but if they do not give back i will ban but only because them blocks could go to anybody
What Happens if someone spams?: I will first warn them to stop and if they carry on i will mute them prior to how bad spamming is if swearing they will be muted for approximately 30 minutes
How my "Banning" System Works: I would first warn but if they do not take any bother and carry on i will warn them the 2nd time after that i would ban for griefing and mute for spamming i would only ban ip if it was necessary
I hope i get this position becuase i have been on the server and it looks awesome.
