A bit about yourself: I code a little bit of HTML and Java, and I can make a simple bukkit plugin....
Would you like to be staff if yes what rank: I can do anything, I make bukkit plugins for charge, there is a package for 100$ that I do, which is 1 plugin like siri with your own command and a response. For 75$ you get unlimited commands. And there are other ad dons, I will link you to my site soon....

Seeing as building mines is as easy as 1-2-3, i'm not sure you as a 15-year-old should go spending 100$ per person to build these. Plus, Aekor is right; you should ask for some pictures so you know it's not a few money-hungry hippos.

You should ask people for pictures of past builds too, that'll give you a sense of their skill.
