Before I begin, may I say that planet minecraft has helped me begin my journey as a co owner/manager on Penguin survival, as we move to Penguin Prison

We are hard workers and very strict on who we hire, promote, demote, and fire.
Being that we just fired 8 people for: inactivity, causing drama, and more you can tell we want official staff members that know when to be serious. I don't like people who are to serious. I don't like people who don't know when to stop. I like people in the middle!
