PhantoWorks Looking For Skilled Builders

Server Description: PhantoWorks is a city RolePlay server where players can setup shops, build houses, and own businesses, while interacting with other players on the server! It is highly economy based and should appeal to players of all different types!
Here is what the builders will be doing on the server:
Creating modernistic buildings and houses
Doing interior decorating on already constructed buildings and houses
Terraforming
Creating modernistic cities

4. How active are you?: depends on the weekends 4-8 hours a day weekdays possible 2-3

6. Do you have any previous experiences as a staff member?: I've owned my own prison server and have worked with multiple servers while building for them
7. Explain how you would handle different situations that may arise:
Greifer - If it was minor i would just give him a warning that day but if he didn't listen and became major would temp ban into Perm
Staff Abuser- Get video or picture proof and show it to the ranks above said staff rank and discuss punishment.

9. Why should we accept you?: i have vast Experience as a builder, I've been apart of 2 build teams in my past
10. Anything else we may need to know?: I do play sports so if i'm not on as much as i say on the weekends thats why
