Personallity: Stubborn, Highly intelligent/Logical, completely emotionless
Backstory: A full bred Vulcan living on the planet Vulcan, he underwent the teachings of Kolinahr to purge himself of all emotion, he seen it a logical choice to sign up in starfleet academy to join the federation and become a starfleet officer at the age 87.
(87 is actualy not old for Vulcans to anyone that does not know much of ST)

Keplar C as an ensign. his ship was destroyed in an encounter with a Borg sphere and was the only survivor. soon after the Keplar incident he was forced to go back in time to repair the timeline from romulan extremists who were trying to kill captain James T. kirk as a child. casdanasal Was commended for his actions and named a war hero.
