My last resort to install minecraft forge.

There are a bunch of mods that I would love to try, but I have NO idea how to install minecraft forge. I've tried you tube, and other help, but I still can't get it. Can someone please help me. The forge version is "minecraftforge-universal-4.1.1.2.5.1." I'm on a mac book pro, and have no idea how to install is. Please Help me
